BIG BAZAAR Complaints - POOR ELECTRONICS AND SERVICE FROM KORYO CHENNAI

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a split A/C from Big Bazaar - T.Nagar on May. The A/c worked only for 3 days.

afterward it has not worked. we have complaint to the koryo service centre many times, the service man has came 3 times and given 3 different feed back. Finally we came to know the compressor is totally down and it has broken so it is not working. Till date no one not come to my home to change the compressor (out door unit). We have requested them to change the 2nd out door unit (New compressor) but still it has not happened. If the criteria goes very worst, I will log a claim in the consumer court. Pl take necessary action immdly.
