I had purchased Samsung Refrigerator from Big Bazaar, Mareenahalli. They delivered a non-working product. After I contacted them they asked me to contact Samsung guys. Now when I ask them to replace it, they are not responding back. Extremely bad customer service from Big Bazaar, Mareenahalli. Please dont buy from those guys.
