Defective LCD TV Sold

I would like to bring to notice of all the prospective consumers one big comapany "Big Bazaar" is cheating to consumers by using all the tricks. Their customer service can not handle the problems of customers and some rude and thug like sales man are looting the people. I have purchaes a 32" lcd TV of Vediocon make on 18/03 from bigbazaar Siliguri. I asked the sales man to demonstrate the TV before taking delivery at that time that thug boasted that all peices are properly checked before taking in to stock. However after my insistence he plugged the TV with a cable and showed that Screen is working. What else can be checked in showroom of Big Bazaar where so much music and other noise are predominent. I made a call to customer service of videocon for installation on 19/03 (As that thug said that I should give call for installation). As there was holi festival on 19 & 20 installation was made on 22/03. After installation on same day it was found that one speaker is defective. videocon Service person said that you should ask Big Bazaar for replacement. I lodged the complaint with Big Bazaar People and quoted their replacement policy of 07 days but they would not listen. Not one competent person was available there who can listen me. Now as their replacement policy is clearly printed on their invoice I am going to lodge case with district consumer court on 25/03 for replacement as well as claim for damage. This incident clearly show that Big Bazaar People are Big cheat they can not stick to their word of 07 days replacement policy and they sell defective produtcs. I dont know but now I have apprehension that they have tie up with manufacturers to sell discarded defective products to the customer.
