Washing machine not delivered

I purchased Whirlpool washing machine A65D model from Big bazzar, Mysore on 1st January I was promised to deliver the product on the following Thursday i.e., on 6th Jan But the product was not delivered on the specified date and when inquired they keep on extending the delivery date for more than 10 times and on 20th Jan the delivered a defective product and they are now delaying to replace the product and they are not ready to refund the money.
