Big C cheating Business

I brought a CELKON C 347dual sim mobile from Big C, Neredmet X Road. on XX/06/10 by beleiving salesman words. He told me it's good and cheapest phone available. Also he assured battery backup of phone will 2 days with 2 sims.

Started using with idea and tata docomo. First day itself problem started, phone is switching off while trying to dial a number and in standby mode also. another problem battery backup, it not last only up to 10 hours where Big C says 2 days.

I thought its my fault with charging the phone, i kept the phone for charging for full day even after the result is same.

Then i took phone to Big C showroom, where i brought it. Before telling the problem by seeing my phone, the guy who sat in cashier counter told it's problem of tata docomo SIM, because it uses 128k SIM,

he asked me to go to tata docomo office and get 64kK SIM (which supports CELEKON mobile). i went tata docomo, their answer is they supplies 64K SIM for all connections and they check my SIM different phone it was working fine.

Again i went Big C, the each guy at shop is different stories. They now says only 32K SIM's supported in this mobile.

One guy is saying tata docomo SIM are not supported by CELKON mobile (that's the truth). When i asked him why you people hide these from while came to buy the phone or with a compliant before???

They do, t have a proper answer-

Why Big C doing cheating business like street vendor with big showrooms and name-shame!!!

I think street vendors and beggars are honest than Big C.

So Please don't to Big C for any dealing, they cheat you
