Inspit of bill payed mobile deactivated during my roaming location

Two days back I got SMS to pay my bills. I instructed my company to pay bills as I was at Roaming location. In the afternoon I got SMS that your money is credited but in the night when I tried calling some one phone did not work- incoming, out going and SMS - all deactivated. when I tried customer care Star 333, asked to talk at 363 and some other number which says to resume service contact customer care. I feel being harrashed as still at roaming location and loosing opportunities.
