Purchase on tv add.above products. your invoice No.201111110239 dt.11.11.2011 and order no.20111107021829 in which products free gift paasapache grill maker PSP-626/colour white was not working and made phone complaint on 022-44074407 and 9221313939 to vijay mechnical as advise by your self. till date many phone call but no respose in this matter and we are cheated by your organisation. after placeing order delivery given me with in 24 hours and replacement no respose.as per adivse by your mr. vijay after continuos follow up he told delivered to shop at borivali-east and till date no respose in this matter. even send email to paasapache and sms to vijay.shall i go to consumer court or? please reply.
