I ordered a food processor birla from star cj from television.in a day got the product .the person came for demo said it it defective will replace it.after calling repeatedly they said they don't have other piece so will refund the money .it's two months I call star cj every week but all time they assure that in a day or two the will do the needful... my order no is 20110913023045... 13 sept.
