We have recently purchased food processor and this is first time we r using any product of your brand..

And it’s the most dissatisfying, pathetic and disgusting experience so far. Least expected from any Reputed Brand.

Firstly the motor has stopped working witin 4 months of purchase and the technician sent for repairing the same has broken food processor lock in front of us and still he has the audacity to say that the part was already broken? He was constantly on phone for 15 minutes and has tried opening jar wth one hand other one being in use for his phone…. The jar piece was broken in front of us by his mishandling, yet he has reported in the company that its was already broken???

IS IT such a pathetic brand where customers are blamed just to avoid compensating for own employees mistakes?

We r very dissatisfied with the whole experience of using this brand…. Its really traumatic. Neither the dealer nor the customer care has responded well once the product was sold. The after sales service response was very poor. A necessity in every kitchen is lying unused from nearly a month now and daily we follow up just to hear that some spare part is being ordered from bhiwandi godown. Is Bhiwandi so far from byculla??

Are there no timelines for resolving complaints once lodged?
