Unknown balance deduction

Sir,

i am anand gupta. reliace smart constantly deducts my balance frequently stating that any random value added serivces have been activated. even when instance have been like my cell in switched off but they say i have activated, or example like 23rd july when i was in exam hall without my cellphone but they say around the same time i activated devotional plans. lastest being on yesterday (26th july). rs.5 have been deducted and when complained. i m told that i went into r-world. this is weird because around that time i was in train and without network how can i access r-world. please save me from these money deducters and looters. being a student, such constant balance deduction make a burning hole in my poacket. moresover, is it liable to harass customer like this . and always that system says customer has activate... can we be correct??? it means customer care is just for fake??? infact i tried calling 198 now but i get tu here only advertisement when i press for speaking to customer care executives. whom should i go with my plea? who will scrtunise this, and put a bar on this looters. plz help my agony along with other sufferer from this operator.
