Every month there is a deduction of balance without any information moreover complain number 198 is always busy.

My number is 9681474457, fews days back again 100 Rs, were deduction.why always mt balance deduct i am saying promisely in this no near about 600 to 700 Rs. without any reason they deduct.if we call reliance they always say you have taken this ringtone or this game has download. they are cheating with the people and me.

After calling 198 thousand of times it didn't connect my call. PLEASE TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH COMPLAINTS.
