Reliance SMART GSM Post paid connection
Yet Unactivated

My mothers Reliance prepaid CDMA connenction got changed to post paid in Reliance GSM Smart..., Ten days has passed number not yet activated though the Rs 99/- monthly plan is being activated..., no out going facility..., HAVING SIGNAL PROBLEM ALSO, number always shows OUT OF COVERAGE... (previously CDMA prepaid was nicely performing)

My mother is aged lady & needs mobile as an urgent need... In continuation contact with Reliance out let at Indrore at MG Road (opp to Treasure Island mall)..., contacted & met many times with Miss Preeti/ Mr Bhupendra & Mr Malkhan Singh..., Conveyed the matter to caller from reliance on wel come calls... But matter remained unattended... is this any punishment to us...??
