Dear sir

I Raja Barman from Burnpur, puranahat, barman road. II buy a LG microven set on 10/12 from Big Bazar shopping mall at asansol. They told me that after1 to 2 days one representative has come for demo in my house but still now no man has come for demo.i am really worry about it. I don't know how to operate it.please help me and take necessary action for that. Details has benn given below.
