Black & Decker 9 Fin Oil heater
Defected product

I had purchased a Black & Decker oil based room heater from Bahl Electronics (Central Market, Lajpat Nagar) last week. The dealer convinced me not to open a packed heater to check by saying that it is fine since it is a packed piece delivered by the company. Upon opening it at my house, I found the product to be defective. There is a very visible dent on the heater. I repacked the product without using it. Upon calling the dealer for a replacement, the dealer refuses to have any liability on the same. I have been asked to directly liase with the company for a replacement.
