Mobile singal problam very frist day

Sir I purchage a blackbarry mobile but very frist day thare are a singnal problam I contact his custmer care but they do not give me satishfacitry answer then I go his sarivice center (cunnet palace) they sey we contact you and we replace your phone but they do not contact me after few days

I contact him but they do not pick my phone. I am try last 5 months but do not give any solations. I tottaly faidup. Plz resolav my problam
