This is regarding the Blackberry 7130g mobile, I had purchased from Sai Communications, Manisha Blitz, Shankar Math, Hadapsar, Pune - 411013 on 3rd Oct - 2009.
On 02nd April - 2010 - I took this handset to Sai Communication as the the display of the mobile was not working.
The incharge there at that hadapsar centre told me i need to take it to Wakadewadi centre, pune as they will provide the after sales service support regarding this mobile.
All these informations were provided by the incharge at Hadapsar centre, after his telephonic conversation with Priyanka Morde, Store Manager, Vodafone Centre, Wakadewadi centre, pune.
When i visited wakadewadi centre, Rakesh @Vodafone Centre, Wakadewadi was not ready to take the complaint. Later on after his conversation with Priyanka Morde, he informed me that he will send the handset to bangalore as it is not their concern anymore.
He informed me that they will inform me about any expenses, although my mobile was within warranty period.
I only told him that if it is cost he is talking about in case any parts needs to be changed then i should be informed before people there at bangalore starts working on that.
Till that moment he was providing service. After approx. 10 minutes time he told me that there are not providing servicing for Blackberry 7130g.
So, Disappointing - He told me that i need to get it rectified from local retailer.
My only question is that within warranty period why should i pay for repairing charge. If Blackberry has stopped providing service for this mobile and i am not getting service within warranty period then i should be provided with a new mobile.
Please look into this, Waiting for your reply.
