Blackberry pearl handset Complaints - delay in delivery and misguide when asked for information

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that this site is totally hopeless.

I purchased 1 blackberry handset but firstly bcz of site problem, one order were booked then after many efforts that only one has been order placed they took too much time to dispatch it and excuse with them is that there was some technical problem /documentation at their end.

My order was placed on 27th of Dec and I paid Rs.5999 through Net Banking and I was promised that the said items will get delivered within 21 days and but till date i haven’t received the article till date it yet. I called them back after 21 days, they said that its 21 working days.. I for a second time waited and now its 21th Dec. And further, whenever we ask them to connect to some department they say. They are busy in meetings. They kept providing us wrong information like Blue dart courier and DTDC courier but truth is that they had not dispatched with the product even (which was accepted by their executive) Adding to my frustration, I am chasing them every day and the reply is same every time.. "it order already delivered through DTDC".. It is now more of a humiliating and frustrating experience for me and I want a serious step opposed to them so that they are aware of consequences in future and no other customer face the same experience and that time they are reply mail for me the DTDC consignment note number (Z28121248) provided by your customer care rep doesn’t exist and courier company is unable to assist in absence of correct consignment note number.

I fail to understand why would your customer care doesn’t not have the right information, whether it was related to consignment note number and now the contact number. Further, if a small thing like a speaker takes so much time for delivery, there doesn’t seem to be any advantage of buying through Deal and you. It has been a bad first experience of dealing through Deal and you.

They are not even ready to listen the grievance and pay any gud compensation for the mental tension suffered by me and my family. It was a personal use mobile but now today has passed and i dnt think that i m gonna receive in Cuming days even...

Kindly take some strict action and provide me some compensation for the same.
