Music not wok proprelly

Dear team.i am kuldeep kamal from faridabad and i am having a blackberry set with model no 8320 and i am using this mobile past one month but when i install some kind of music and movies it wont work properly neither it can save the photoes also so please take a action and let me know the the process with immediate effect and let me know what can i do and intimate me on my mail id are as mentioned below:-
