Rebooting continiously

Its very annoing that i have bought this phone almost 6 months back & a month back got completely dead, have shown to blackberry executive Mr. Aashish 09327125585, from reliance web world shivranjani X Road Ahmedabad, he asked that it was got water damaged & charged 9990 & my handset was got replaced, since the time my handset is got replaced i am facing this problem of rebooting continiously, againg i went to Mr. Aashish regarding issue which i was facing through, he connected the same with his PC & run some files did some xyz things with my phone & after 35 min he said problem is resolved. but still problem remain same, i m very dissappointed by the service of BB handset.

Need some 1 to take stand on said matter, or else will be useless spending money on such fame brand.
