BlackBerry 8520
Faulty handset and bad customer service

I Had purchased Blackbery 8520 in Feb. have been facing problem with the trackpad since day one. however could manage to do that. A month ago my phone just stopped working... the indicator kept on blinking red all thorughout. Finally took the phone to Blackberry center in Khar West for repair, was promised that i will get it back in 15 days it took them exactly one month to replace it with another instrument which to my horror had the same problem (it just stopped working).

The customer care at both blackberry toll free and at Khar west is really bad. they just refuse to answer the phone or any of the customer query over the phone. the staff is rude.

Now my phone is gone to the service center in Khar for the third time hoping to find a proper solution to it!

can any1 help with a blackberry customer grievance no. would really appreciate it!
