Worst After Sales Service

Guys, there is no point in purchasing blackberry handsets in bill. Its better to buy it from any grey market as the after sales service is worst to the core. If there is any fault in handset, its better to get it repaired locally rather then giving to any blackberry service outlet because you never know when you will get it back.

My handset 8520 having keypad problem was submitted to NUTRON TECHNOLOGY (SHOP NO.104, 1ST FLOOR, CIVIC CENTRE DASTURWADI, DADAR - E, Mumbai, Ph Nos - 24184242) on 18th June & was promised to get the same back within 3 - 4 days.

The staff is lousy & least bother whether customer gets intime services or not.

Blackberry has set high standards for itself but it wont survive much if there is such down graded services.
