Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i purchased Blackberry 8520 (white) around Diwali. Since the time of purchase there is a problem in the set/battery. The moment i start using Blackberry Applications within few hours only the battery goes off and the set gets switched off. In December i gave my set to the Customer service centre in janakpuri, they returned the set after a month and said that they have replaced the set. But, please note that still the moment i start using Blackberry applications the battery starts to goes off.

Others using the same set doesnt seems to face this same problem. So, naturally there is a problem in my particular set/battery.

If i cant use Blackberry applications then what is the use of using Blackberry set.

Please look into the matter or else i had to take some strict actions. I am fed up of this problem.
