Dear sir,

I, Lt Col Anil Chaudhary, wish to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration :-

1. I had purchased " Blackberry 8830 mobile with GPS @ Rs 6199 on 21 feb in the name of my wife Mrs Monika Chaudhary. Details are as under :-

(a) Seller name SRP Enterprises Pvt Ltd

(b) Vat # 27530262187 V

(c) Challan No 8477813

(d) Seller Ref No - 1398045

(e) Order No - 1398045

2. It is very appalling to note that the service provided by your firm has been extremely poor and selfish. The responsibility shown was only till payment was recieved from the user/customer. My mobile phone purchased from your company has not been activated till date despite my lodging several complaints with your complaint cell at mob no. 09223516148.

3. Every time i have approched the complaint cell, i have been intimated that my complaint will be addressed in 48 hours. You will be astonished to note that 10 days have lapsed but no body from your so called esteemed company has been able to rectify my problem which leads to pure harrassment to a customer.

4. i wish to inform you that if my complaint is not addressed by 05 Mar i shall lodge my complaint in the consumer court and blame your company for harrasment and fraud.
