Battery and removal of colo

I have bought Blackberry 8900 two month back. I am facing battery problem if i charge fully my phone in night, in the morning its get half even lesser than that without using any application. I have also found that the phone color is getting light even after a month.

i have such a bad experience using this phone and after spending so much money.
