Regarding replacement of mobile handset

With reference to above subject my mobile IMEI NO:351971040433945 model no 9100 black berry, i have contacted to Mr Chaitanya (9320104035) which was provided by black berry customer care for the complains, after complaining to him he replied me thorugh sms that he forwarded the matter to the seniors and also mentioned that will revert by thursday (10 may) but still there is no any action related to the same.

I hope the consumer court will cosider my problem and will do the needful as

i am working in pharma marketing.
