Display screen cracked and when given to service they still have not returned the phone

Dear Sirs,
I had purchased a Blackberry 9300 from Bhajanlal Commercial (P) Ltd. on 27th November. The Tax Invoice for the purchase from Bhajanlal Commercial (P) Ltd. is Receipt No.3574 dated 20/01. I had used it for about 3 days and while charging the phone developed a crack on the fascia. It may be one in a million cases and this is absolutely strange because no item or anything heavy fell on it and it did not even fall down, infect it cracked on it own. This has happened within the guarantee period. I had gone back to the place where I purchased the same thinking these people would do something. However, they did not do anything much about it. Instead I was instructed by them to go to R.G. Cellulars Pvt. Ltd. at Gariahat Road. When I went to them, they said that they would be able to change the fascia and the phone was given to them for repair on 20th January. The expected date of delivery was 20 February and I had gone back to R.G. Cellular Pvt. Ltd., and the owner informed me that it would take some more time as the supply for this particular model was not in stock. This has became a mental harassment to me and basically they are taking the customer for a nice ride. Till date it has not been resolved and everything seems to be on hold as I need the phone urgently for my office work.
I would be grateful if you could look into this and as of date, I still do not have my phone.
