Blackberry 9530
Misleading advertisements and cheating

I bought a blackberry 9530 about 15 days back. It is unlocked by the company itself and imprted by Redington India. In the carton itself it is mentioned that the phone will work with several service providers, one of them is Tata Docomo. I have prepaid connection with Tata Dcocomo. None of the features worked. When I sent email/complaints to both Tata Docomo and Blackberry, blackberry said you ask the service provider. Service provider says for this model GPRS settings not available. I am using the phone only for making ordinary voice calls. Even maps are not loaded. Both of them are cheating the public by mileading advertisements
