Not working Internet

Dear Sir;

I have purchase BlackBerry storm 9530 Mobile from naaptol.com, in this mobile i dont access internet, i have call the company & they give me one number (01243917873/874) to register complaint, i have to register complaint but they say "Our thechnical support exicutive wi contect in 24hr" but no result, again i call, again they repet their statement again & again

I also contect my mobile service provider, & also change and try to internet access but no result
