BLACKBERRY 9800
Blackmaiing since last 40 Days

Sir,

I have purchased blackberry 9800 Toch with IMEI NO 353489044138087 and Pin No 232A581C carrying 18 months warranty.

On 10 September I Brought fone to the blackberry service center Sai Communication at Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh.i was promised to get my fone deliver in 7 working days. But for unknowing reasons, my fone was not delivered as promised and i had to visit service center on regular basis and i was made to return without my fone atleast 3 times.

finally, i recevied my fone after 14 days i.e. on 24 september. After which my fone was working fine till 10 th october but suddenly i started facing problem like auto restart, hanging, blank screen etc. Due to my busy work timings i ignored this for few days and also being the fact my fone used to get normal in some time. On 13 october i again went to service center where i was told that data would be lost so please take a back up so i came back with the fone.

on 17 october my fone sreen got blank and on 18 th october i again went service center.my fone was takenat service center with work order no ZBD/BB/11/00698 now again i was told that it would take atleast 10 days and due to festive season round the corner it may take longer.

Again i recevied my fone on 22/10 and again i have to go back to service center on 24/1.

i just want to know is it my mistake that i have purchased a instrument from world leading brand like blackberry and spent my hard earned Rs33000 just to get upgraded with technology? How many times i have to leave my work and go and stand at the service center and take leave from my work? how many days i have to be without my fone? who is responsible for the important mails that i couldn't get through without my fone? who will pay the loss and connivance i have to bear on daily basis? why this all happening where not mentioned at the time of selling your product?

i request you to kindly tell me how long i have to suffer? and its my sincere request not take too much time and getting losses each day wityhout blackberry mail services which a threat to my mental peace.
