Blackberry9810 torch
Defect in the product

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I Namita Kohli made a purchase of Blackberry torch to MRP 29, 000/- on 15/09 From DKG Mobiles, Kanpur. After the purchase this set has been sent to the service center three times for the following complains:-

1. Set is getting hang.

2. Voice is not clear or some times not audible.

3. Mails not working.

The set was returned confirming that it has been replaced but was not handed in us sealed box thus the complain still exist and I am highly disappointed with your brands commitment

After sending the mail across to the blackberry support i still haven't got any response. The handset is still with them and its been over 20 days i am still waiting.

Would request you to help me regarding the same.
