BB Model 8230 faulty handset

This BB hand set was purchased by me on 07 april from reliance store bangalore. Had problems with this set twice got repaired at customer service centre at Cunninghma road Bangalore. Customer service centre said the hand set was having problem and Replaced in dec.. But this replaced set also is not working now - since last week (feb 22) - handset is totally dead.

I had visited BB service centre last week and the service personnel, atcunningham road, bangalore, told me this hand set model does have manufacturing problem and will have problems even if replaced. He gave two options to me

Option 1 .He would be able to replace with same model - but if the replaced one has problemc again the same will be entitled for replacement only till expiry of warranty period -06 april.

Option 2 : Would provide an upgrade model 8330 curve. But without battery and charger, which I need to buy from outside at cost of Rs 4100/-

.

I do not understand why customer of BB like me should be penalised for manufacturing defects in handset of BB. Even if the set is replaced still the problem is to recur and I will not be entitled for further replacement

This causing deep inconvenience and also I am forced to pay additional charge with no gaurantee of the replaced upgraded model since the battery and charger will have to purchased by me from a different partt as Blackberry will not provide me same
