Problem in handset and service

Dear sir,

I brought bb tourch 9810 on 8th sept.2011 from surat and my IMEI no.357694041312918 and pin. 27FF0752. There is following problem in hendset.

1. During talking it is automatically switch off and switch on in two to three times in a day

2.There is two times software are lost during talking and all contacts and all data are lossed. I went your service station and I uploaded it. My all importance contact and data are deleted automatically

3. Battery life is to small.

4. My all works are disturbed because of this hendset and there is no meaning to purchase of your this blackberry hendset.its like seviour headeche.

5. i already visited 3 times service center n all that time they update software. my all contact data lost.my business totally disturbed.

6. product is to poor compare to this its valur

i already sent u mail when i was suffered problem of blackberry tourch 2 9810. u know very well. now i send mobile on your customer care on 16 th march agin n till i didnt get it. i didnt get true answer from your supplier as well as your service station.this is very bad behave from your side. n u know this time is march ending n u all people create so much prolem for me.whats the meaning of purchased your INR3000O AMOUNT mobile phone as well as your cheap quality product and your cheap service? i dont want your mobile again. i dont have time for u for visiting again n agin on your service station.my totally work are disturbed. kindly change the handset otherwise i will file a sue on consumer protection aginst your supplier, your service station and against your company.please be prepare for it. i wanna solution immidiatly.be ready for legal action.

So I kindly request you to change this handset immidiatly or give me moneyback.there is so poor service and poor quality. There is no meaning to purchase your product.its totally waste my money and my time.
