Unethical practices followed at Black Berry Service Center - Laxmi Nagar Delhi

I would like to share my experience at Black Berry authorized service center. I had gone to SERVICE CITY (Black Berry authorised service center at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi) on 31/10 to get the display of my Black Berry 9700- Bold changed, which was broken and the handset was out of warranty. I was committed that it would be changed within 2 hrs. and what looked strange to was that I was given job card of company called VOICE STREET. I was then told to wait for 2 hrs. After more than two hrs i was told to collect the phone on 01/11.

As committed i was given the phone on 01/11 with display changed and asked to pay Rs. 6000/-, but when i asked for the bill, the person at service desk simply refused to give the bill and handed me the same job card mentioning the amount received (VOICE STREET JOB CARD AS MENTIONED ABOVE) saying that this is what we give for handsets out of warranty. They shamelessly admitted that they run their own business alongwith Black Berry service center and cannot give bill because they are not suppose to service handsets out of warranty. Because of this i told them to replace the old broken display so that i can get it changed from other service center and get a bill.

This has been the worst service experience as it wasted time, money and other resources.
