Blackberry bold 9780
Faulty Phone

I recently purchased my BlackBerry Bold 9780 Smartphone in the 3rd week of february. Within 45 days my phone started malfunctioning and heating up frequently. All my call logs are displayed in the Email folder and the notifications regarding messages are not displayed. The numbers of my contacts are not accurately displayed and incoming calls from these numbers are without appropriate caller IDs. I have updated my BlackBerry OS to 6.0 but still I am facing the same problems time and again. I request an urgent phone replacement and I don't think such a horrible user experience is expected from a reputed company like Research In Motion. I think I have wasted my 30 thousand rupees on this phone.
