Handset not repaired in warranty period

My Name is Nishant. My Blackberry stopped reading the SIM card. I went to the authorised service center in AGRA for repairs as it was in warranty period. They sent it to Their higher level repair centre and told me to collect it after 10 days. But after more than 20 days also they didnt call me. So I called them up and asked about my phone. They said That it had some liquid damage in it and it is now out of warranty and I can collect the set after 2 days. But after one week also they were unable to provide me my handset. When I wrote emails to their Higher officials then only they called me to collect it from their centre. I think they have done something with my mobile to get past with the repairs. Please help
