Mobile Battery swollen and unusable

I am having a BlackBerry 9000 mobile handset which has IMSI no. 351845034756463 and its battery no is BAT-14392-001, made in Chaina. It has date of manufacture as 1st Feb. The battery has since swollen and could cause an accident if attempted to charge. Thus it has become unusable. The quality of battery seems to very bad. I want that the company must replace the battery immediately without any cost to me. I shall return this unsuable battery for the company to analyse the cause of such poor quality and to take up with the manufacturer to improve the quality.
