Poor handset service for Model 8900

I bought Blackberry Model 8900 for an amount of Rs. 26000/-. Just in 4 months time, all the silver paint on the phone has got vanished. The navigation ball is getting hanged. Looking at the brand of Blackberry, such a device with poor quality and performance should be replaced by the company with a new updated handset.

I bought this handset because of brand name and was looking for a great valued service and master product in comparison to NOKIA which is a market leader but all in vain.

Same issues are commonly being heard from so many other users.

I appeal to the authorities and blackberry company to get my handset problems rectified urgently.
