Speaker not working

I bought a blacberry 9100 pearl on 12th Aug. Within a month my speaker of the phone stopped working. I took the phone to Remington service centre in Okhla. After more than a month I got my phone back wiht the same problem. The co had not bothered to even check the phone before giving to the customer. I gave the phone again to them and still have not got it. Every time I cvall they give a date for the next week. I have had the phone for 25 days only and since then it has been lying in Okhla service centre. I need to know what kind of service is this??? In more than a month they cannot solve a problem?? Ideally they should replace my phone since they have a month warranty. If not atleast they can repair it and give it back to me. I am extremely disappointed and regret my decision forgoing for a Blacberry. No one in the service centre gives a proper answer. They never know when the phone will come form the centre... has it gone to canada for repairs??? Even if it would have gone it should have been back by now.. Kindly help me in getting back my phone or give me back my money. Thanks.
