Scratches on the mobile

I have seen the add on the news paper and booked one blackberry mobile on 2nd of Feb. After receipt of the mobile on 7th Feb I found scratches on the back of the mobile. Before sending it back, I confirm and informed me that to return the product via the same courrier. on the next day 8th Feb I have returned the mobile vide consignment no: 12996010274 dated 8th Feb and I have been assured you will receive the new mobile within next working days.

Since from that time I have been telephoning every day about the mobile but have not received any positive reponse so far nor my mobile.

Now, my request is that we are in Delhi upto 8th of this month and leaving for our home on 9th Feb. I request that the mobile be send before 8th Feb on our given address which is as follows:
