Device not working properly

I purchased a new blackberry curve 8520 6 months back, it was with bill, now the problem started with the trackpad sometime after using the handset now suddenly it is like functioning on its own the menu open anytime if i wanna switch off the device i cant unless battery is removed and above all whren i approched service centre at vodafone punjabi bagh a direct service from blackberry they refused to repair the handset in warranty as they said this is hardware issue and warrranty includes only software issues and all the repairs are chargeble, i m really pissed of by this answer as they claim to b a reputed company and the service back off is shit . no service centres nearby and after finding one u come to know tht it will be repaired by payin charges, than what is the usre of buying handset with bill, better i had purchased without bill in my opinonon blackberry is the worst device i have ever used.
