Myself Surender Routela and i have bouht Blackberry Phone 6 months before but from last 3 or 4 months my handset is not working properly. Even i had given my handset to Blackberry's service centre 4 times to rectify the problem but the problem is still there and the peoples are denying to change my handset, even then it is in warranty period. please do consider on my request and take a necessary action on the same as soon as earliest.
