Blackberry is a Branded company but doing Fraud in India

Dear Sir,

Myself Amit, I am honour of blackberry 8520 Curve. I purchased the handset last year in the month of July with 18 months warranty but my handset started giving me trouble in the month of May then I visited to the Blackberry Service Center Lajpat Nagar [ B-32, Ist floor ] they took my handset for 10 days and after that giving me the status that my handset is out of warranty bcoz unauthroised work done on PCB.Who has done unauthorised work on the PCB, and why they has rejected the warranty.

If consumer will not avail the benefit of warranty then what is the use of it? Why such a Branded company is doing Farud.

I'l sue the company if i'll not get the replacement.
