Dispaly not working

I bought Black Berry hand set in April and the display stopped working last week. I have given it to Service Center but they say I have to pay for it even if its covered under warranty until company certifies that this is within warranty. I have produced the bill to service center and demanded replacement which they refused. I asked for Standby cell phone which was not available.

Please help to recover replacement from Black Berry.
