Issue in blackberry handset

I purchased a blackberry mobile handset (Model 8320) from Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt. Ltd. On 1st June. Only after few days around 40 days charging of the phone automatically stopped working. jack of the mobile stop working. Therefore I visited to your service centre in Sahara Mall, Gurgaon and got to know from the service station incharge that charging jack of the handset is not working. The service centre guys told me that this part is not cover under warranty and charged me INR 1, 800/- for jack replacement. Though I was surprised for not covered under warranty but I have to believe as it was a authorized service centre. After few days again charging system of the mobile stop working. Again I have visited same service centre and come to know that by there is a problem in my battery and I need to purchase a new battery as again it is not covered.

Can you please check the issue here. Let me know a way out ASAP.
