Ought Black Berry 8520 dated 11/12 (3 months back) and happened to move to mysore on official tour. My BB 8520 trackpad stopped working and had no other option than give it to authorised service centre (Mobile planet, Madappa complex, Kalidasa road, Mysore) dated 29 feb. I was told that mobile would be sent to Bangalore (Even though I was in Authorised service center for Black berry in Mysore) for repair and will recieve in 5 days. now today is 8th of march and I have no signs of getting my mobile back . no clue what to do and where to lodge complaint. Was happy with my previous Mobile LG chocolate and maximum time taken for any complicated service was 48 hrs. I will never suggest any one to buy blackberry any more.
