Phone not repaired under warranty

I bought this blackberry 9300 curve about 5 months back. It suddenly stopped functioning one day and was then sent to gurgaon service centre for repair. After keeping the the phone for over 15 days, they are saying that forget about replacement the phone cannot even be repaired. How is that possible? I dont believe that this big name like blackberry could harass its customers this bad.

the phone was used very carefully, how can they possibly say that the phone cannot be repaired? Do they not know that the phone is under warranty? Stop fooling the customers around. else, i'll have no option other than moving to the consumer court.

I need serious help. I feel crippled without my phone.
