No Guaranty against Handset

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i have purchased a Blackberry Phone from Big Bazar Mall.in Kanpur. they sell a Blackberry Handset in Grey Market.or Import Quality. after one month the Phone was hanging and reboot problem. when i go to blackberry service center. they said the phone is grey market. Handset are not under in warranty. please help me sir for that condition i have bill for Big Bazar shop and all the document related to my handset.
