Fake selling Handset

I bought one Black Berry Curve 8320 Handset through India Time advertisement give in Times Of India, and paid by Credit Card Rs. 9, 389, and the handset was delivered on 5th November. And after 12 days the handset keypads are not working properly.

After complaining several times, India Time people are saying every day that they will reverse pick up the handset & replace within 15days, but today I have been complaining more than 10days and no response from them, every day I call them & they say the same thing that withing 24hours one of the courier person will come & pick the handset.

I need you help, as I believe that you can solve my problem, and stop India Times to publish in newspapers their advertisement for FAKE Products.
