BlackBerry Curve 8520
Handset Not repaired

Helle,

I have purchased my Black Berry curve handset 8520 in August that is 15th Aug from Ezone electronics... However recently the handset the mik got damaged... so i took it to the blackberry service centre who kept my handset for 20 days and then i had to call them and ask them whether my handset was done..they said that the handset CANNOT BE REPAIRED... now wht am i as a consumer suppose to do..i have purchased this handset at the time when it was 19000 thousand..now they say IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED..IF THE OWN COMPANY CANT REPAIR THE HANDSET MEANS WHAT..ITS A SHAME TO BUY THEIR HANDSETS... ALSO A COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY TRIES TO GET CUSTOMERS ATTRACTION BY ADVERTISING THEIR ORIGINAL 18MONTH WARRANTY AND ALL BUT THE PEOPLE WHO BUY THE HANDSET AND ACTUALLY WANT IT TO GET REPAIRED THEY SAY ITS NOT REPAIRABLE... ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETHIC OVER THERE... ALSO WHEN MY HANDSET IS NOT REPAIRABLE I HAD TO PAY THE SERVICE COST OF RS.180/-...I AM IN A TOTAL LOSS... PLEASE IF YOU COULD LOOK INTO THIS HAVE SOMETHING DONE FOR ME PLS ITS A EARNEST REQUEST... BECAUSE OTHERWISE PEOPLE WILL LOSE THEIR TRUST IN SUCH BIG COMPANIES ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMERS WHO GO THRU ALL OF THIS... PLS CONTACT ME AS SOON AS OU CAN... THANKS
