Myself Pritesh Ramesh Bare from thane and working in the Nagpur, I took Blackberry curve 8520 on 10.10.10 and from that onwards i am using, earlier i was happy with the performance of the BB as i am gadget freak i love to do more and more with my gadgets but this happiness is not sustain for a long not even a six months. One morning in the April i woke up and found that my BB dead, not turning on only just white screen with Blackberry comes.

For that i went to Comwen Information Technologies (P) Ltd - authorized BB service center (Add:16 Shankar Nagar, West High Court Road, Nagpur - 440001) (Contact: 9970469988) to check the problem on 29.04.2011. My work order no. is WCN/BB/10/00338. They told me that you have to leave the phone; we will check and revert back to you. they called me After 3 days saying that your BB can't repair and have to send to Mumbai for replacement and it will take 15-20 days. After 20 days i called them to ask the status that time they said it has been dispatched from Mumbai will take 2 days to come in Nagpur. After 2 days they said more 2 days required like this 35 days went. I keep calling them whenever they told me then on Friday, 06.05.10 they told your BB came you can receive from service center, I went there on Monday 09.05.10 to receive the BB but there again the same story, they told the person whom you talk left the job, don't know how she said that it requires two more days to come and now also they are rewinding the same tape and still couldn't able to give me a perfect date.

Earlier Blackberry brand was having a status in my mind but after looking at its services i am totally disappointed and never suggest anyone to purchase the BB handset because really your services is so poor and what the answers your people giving are really horrible. If you really concern about your status then please personally look into the matter because now i am so fed up with their attitude. I suffer a lot but i still i am having a soft corner about BB and don't want to spoil the brand name so writing this mail and make aware you about the situation.

Looking forward to your positive response and support to get my BB back because still i love my Blackberry.
